PU rugvulling
PU rugvulling is gemaakt van een opencellig polyurethaanschuim. Door de open cellen wordt lucht afgevoerd en daardoor ontstaat er geen blaasvorming bij het afkitten. Polyurethaan is een zacht materiaal, waardoor deze voegvulling een groter voegverloop kan opvangen vergeleken met PE rugvulling. Rugvulling wordt gebruikt om de juiste voegdiepte te creëren bij het afkitten van voegen.

PE rondprofiel
PE of polyethyleen is een geslotencellig polyethyleenschuim dat veel gebruikt wordt als voegafdichting. Dat wil zeggen dat er door de gesloten cellen geen lucht door het materiaal geblazen kan worden. Polyethyleen is steviger materiaal en is bij voegen die mechanisch of door waterdruk belast worden beter geschikt. De PE-rugvulling wordt gebruikt om de juiste voegdiepte te creëren.

PU foam cord
PU foam cord is made of open cell polyurethane foam. It is suitable for filling joints or void filling. This PU is often used as a backing in combination with expanding spray foam kits.

PE foam cord
Polyethylene cord profile is used to fill existing joints. This polyethylene is often used in combination with spray foam, foam kits or expanding spray foams that are applied with a foam applicator gun in order to function as joint filler. In this case the polyethylene cord is used as a foam backing.

Mousse ronde PU
Mousse polyuréthane est utilisé si un joint a beaucoup de mouvement (exemple 2 cm à 4 cm). Cette corde PU est souvent utilisée en calfeutrement avec des kits d’étanchéité (mastics silicone, mastic acrylique, mousse PU expansive,…). Dans ce cas le PU est utilisé comme fond de joints.

PU Schaum Rundprofil
Rundprofil PU aus Polyurethanschaumstoff eignet sich als Hinterfüllmaterial und Stopfmaterial vor der Fugendichtung mit elastischen Dichtstoffen oder Kitten. PU-Rundschaum ist weichelastisch und ist weicher als Polyethylen-Schaum.
